Los Angeles, CA – August 27, 2009 - Surfcam, Inc. and Celeritive
Technologies have settled the claims and counterclaims made against each other in their lawsuit
filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Pursuant to the
settlement, Celeritive has acquired from Surfware a license under claims 14, 15, 16, 18, 36, 37, and
39 of Surfware’s U.S. Patent No. 7,451,013 and the lawsuit has been dismissed. The remaining terms
of the settlement are confidential.
